Balgowlah's $6 million expat buyer revealed

One of the most expensive homes to sell last month in Sydney was a five-bedroom Balgowlah house.

It was an Australian expatriate, Jeremy Lewis and wife, Denise who bought the harbour front property at 9 King Avenue for $6 million through Anthony Walls of Max Walls International.
