The New South Wales Government's investment campaign NSW Now has released a handy property and investment shopping list for potential Chinese investors as part of a sales brochure of tourism investment opportunities and property in NSW.

Iconic Sydney sandstone buildings, harbour side greenfield sites and even the Jenolan Caves get a mention in the release, which describes the history of the property and links for tender information.

The shopping list highlights property such as:

1. The Lands Building, 23-33 Bridge St, Sydney

2. Jenolan Caves

3. Ausgrid Building, 570 George St, Sydney

4. Georges Heights Fuel Tanks, Headland Park, Mosman

5. Headland Park greenfield site, Mosman

6. North Head Sanctuary Officer's Mess
