The Bondi Pacific, Bondi Beach garden apartment of the managing partner of Johnson Executive Search, Jason Johnson, has been sold for $3,525,000 pre-auction.

Raine and Horne had been giving a $3.4 million price guide.

The 208/180 Campbell Parade two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit comes with garage.

It was was a winner at the Australian Interior Design Awards in 2018. 

Johnson had Amber Road Design undertake a $400,000 renovation.

It included rattan ceiling detail and polished rendered walls along with custom timber joinery.
