Aura Australia has purchased three hectares of land in Brisbane's south-west suburb of Corinda to develop the $130 million Kingsford Terrace retirement living village, due for completion in 2021.

The current Kingsford Terrace retirement village project will be expanded from 34 to 250 architecturally designed, purpose-built one-, two- and three-bedroom independent living units (ILUs).

Blue Sky Private Real Estate will develop the project, which Aura will operate.

Aura is headed by former chief executive officer of Retire Australia, Tim Russell.
