New Zealand-born artist Alice Blackley has listed her double-fronted weatherboard St Kilda home.

It was bought for $2.1 million in mid-2015.

Set metres from the beach at 35 Wordsworth Street, the extended and renovated Victorian home comes with four bedrooms.

Three principal bedrooms and two bathrooms feature a main bedroom with walk in robes, ensuite and its own deck access.

Beyond the landscaped backdrop, a studio offers an ideal fourth bedroom or home office.

The price guidance is between $2.1 million and $2.3 million for its April 29 auction.

The median house price for the St Kilda area is $1,248,000, according to CoreLogic.
