Art collector Lisa Paulsen and her husband, retired shipping executive Egil Paulsen, have listed their waterfront Kirribilli apartment.

The have expectations of an $11.5 million record for the three-bedroom apartment set in a block of six.

The north-facing waterfront apartment with boat facilities on Elamang Avenue apartment cost $5.5 million in 2014.

David Gillan, of Ray White, has scheduled a December 3 auction.

Kirribilli’s apartment record is $10,796,400 for an apartment bought by PNG expat Ingrid Richardson, an associate of former PNG prime minister Peter O’Neill, two years ago.
