Architect Raf Tomaszewski has listed his family home at Tennyson, 7km south of the Brisbane CBD.

Describing the sharp minimalist exterior as “unapologetic”, the home was constructed from high-quality off-form concrete, cladding sections of the exterior in reconstituted timber and natural stonework.

It comes with a ground-floor garage, open-plan living area and kitchen and four bedrooms on the second level.

The grounds include a 15m swimming pool with glass-walled ends.

It has 360-degree views over the suburb and city views.

Tomaszewski’s Polish influences include walls of louvre windows to capture breezes for his Queenslander modern subtropical home.

The King Arthur Terrace, Tennyson home has $2 million plus hopes through Ted Hagemeijer at Ray White.
