The former Templestowe home of Victorian architect, Phillip Mannerheim has been listed for 9 August auction with $2.4 million hopes.

It is not entirely original as the current owners have extended and renovated the original residence to create an oriental inspired, feng shui home.

They are the third owners of the home purchased 11 years ago.

They doubled the internal size, keeping in style with Phillip’s original vision for 4 Winifred Court, Templestowe.

Phillip Mannerheim has a website of his recent works.

Carmen Stenta at Ray White Manningham says the four bedroom, five bathroom house on 3,986 square metres offered country living with easy access to the city.
