Architect Luigi Rosselli quietly buys adjoining Clovelly home
Architect Luigi Rosselli has quietly bought next door in Clovelly, spending $2.4 million on the house neighbouring his long-held 1920s late Federation home — which had cost him $350,000 in 1989.
Rosselli has reworked, extended and renovated the single-storey cottage over the years to accommodate heirloom family furniture from Italy.
This purchase is for family members.
He was a recent database buyer through Phillips Pantzer Donnelly agent Alexander Phillips, who sold the home off-market.
The classic home on 330 square metres has two bedrooms and one bathroom.
