ANZ heatmap tips RBA rate cuts in May and August 2016

The ANZ tips there will be RBA rate cuts in May and August this year.
They have noted their expectation for a weakening property market too, in their latest February 2016 ANZ heatmap.
ANZ's heatmap published in February last year (below) predicted a cash rate of 2% for December 2015.
