Anytime fitness co-founder Jacinta McDonell lists in Balmain

Anytime fitness co-founder Jacinta McDonell has listed her Balmain home.

McDonell, who oversees a gym empire of 420 clubs across Australia paid $3.3 million in 2014 for the Terry Street home.

McDonell is looking to head east for the kid's schooling.

Set on a 348 sqm block, the reinvention of a double-fronted sandstone residence has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

A heated mineral pool is met by an entertainers terrace with a built in barbecue and a self contained guest cottage.

Cobden & Hayson agent Matthew Hayson is expecting $3.5 million at its April 28 auction.

She made a recent Byron Bay hinterland purchase, spending $2.1 million for Ammamead last October.
