Anita Jacoby lists another Avalon Beach waterfront residence
Title TattleNovember 29, 2020

Media executive Anita Jacoby, an Avalon Beach local, has listed her boathouse-style residence on Riverview Road.

She bought the property in 1998 for $950,000.

Ms Jacoby has owned a slew of homes on the Pittwater waterfront over the years, including the $5.7 million modernist residence she bought with her husband, John Cary, five years ago.

Jacoby sold her former Avalon waterfront home in 2017 for $3.8 million and a 740-square metre vacant block of land behind it in August for $1.35 million.

The 936-square metre double block is largely bushland, but with a cottage built out over the water on a sandstone pier, a relic of the 1940's.

McGrath’s James Baker has set a $4.5 million guide before the December 5 auction.
