Australia’s largest independent property advisors, Herron Todd White, have appointed Andrew Robertson as its first non-executive director to its board.

Andrew Robertson is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, bringing business expertise including management consulting, advertising, marketing and business development.

He has also has valuation industry experience through his previous role as chief executive officer of Valuation Exchange (ValEx).

“I am impressed with Herron Todd White’s strategic priorities including a real commitment to quality, investment in people, development of new technology systems, and a ‘customer first’ approach to business.

"As CEO of ValEx, I gained an understanding of what banking and finance clients were looking for in their valuation partners,” Mr Robertson said.

Herron Todd White Chairman, Gavin Hulcombe, says the appointment was significant as the group approached the major milestone of $100 million in turnover this financial year.

“After five years of successful growth in which Herron Todd White has doubled in size despite a challenging market environment, we have decided to strengthen our board through the additional governance, business vision and specialised skill sets of two non-executive directors,” Mr Hulcombe said.
