The Charter Hall co-founder Andre Biet and wife, art enthusiast Teresa have listed their Balmoral slopes home.

The couple bought the property for $3.2 million in 2005 and completely renovated the home.

The new homes design was created around two pavilions which are divided by a private greenway and link with the swimming pool.

There are walls of retractable glass on three sides which open to views of Middle Harbour.

Set on 510 sqm, the property features numerous alfresco dining areas, a boardwalk, steam room and fully equipped home theatre.

Belle Property agents Tim Foote and Brad Rogan have a price guide of between $11 million and $12 million.

Art can be found on nearly every wall in the property.

The couple founded Art Incubator together, a support program for young emerging Australian artists.

Upon the sale of Charter Hall Andre retired however he was convinced by former colleague James Marshall to join him in the property game at his new firm Marprop.

The Superba Parade home has been listed through Belle Property agents Tim Foote and Brad Rogan and has a price guide of between $11 million and $12 million.
