There has been a $1,535,000 sale of 8 Wild Cherry Drive, Eltham.

It had been listed with a $1.35 milion to $1.5 million price range through Fletchers agent Prue Fletcher.

It’s a mud-brick house - an Alistair Knox original.

There are soaring timber ceilings, pale mud-brick walls and bulky, beautiful beams, leadlight windows, a lofty brick hearth and polished brick floors 

It last traded for $1.35 million in 2012.
