Grammy award-winning singer Alicia Keys has listed the New York penthouse she bought two years ago from fellow Grammy winner Lenny Kravitz.

Keys bought the Crosby Street penthouse for $12.75 million in February 2010 in her business manager's name, and she has now listed it for $17.95 million

The American Woman singer probably wishes her luck – Kravitz tried to sell it off and on between 2002 and 2010, with price hopes vacillating between $12.5 million and $19.5 million.

The five-bedroom, four-bathroom, four-powder room penthouse has 573 square metres of space, a butler's pantry, library/media room, wine cellar, spa and private terrace. Not surprisingly, the listing photos show a grand piano.
