Adelaide's resale losses down from Q3 2015: CoreLogic RP Data's Pain & Gain

Over the December 2015 quarter, 8.8 percent of Adelaide resales were at a gross loss, which was down from 9.3 percent at the end of the third quarter of 2015 but higher than the 8.1 percent over the same quarter last year.

The Light council area recorded no loss-making resales over the quarter while Norwood Payneham St Peters (3.5 percent) and Marion (3.8 percent) recorded less than 4.0 percent of all resales at a loss.

The highest proportions of loss-making resales over the quarter were recorded in Playford (21.8 percent), Gawler (17.4 percent) and Walkerville (14.3 percent) council areas.
