Adelaide dwelling values increase 9.9 percent over five years: CoreLogic

Adelaide home values have increased by 0.2 percent over the past three months and are 4.8 percent higher over the past year according to CoreLogic.

CoreLogic's Economic and Housing Market Summary for August found values have increased by just 9.9 percent over the past five years.
