Franklin cheapest ACT suburb to buy a unit: Investar
Franklin is the cheapest ACT locality to purchase a unit, according to a recent Investar report.
The property investment firm says that the median price at Franklin for studio and one bedroom units is $265,000.
This is followed by Harrison with $269,000 and Greenway with $279,000.
