New website allows owners to advertise their intention to sell

Homeowners in NSW can publicly register their intentions to sell on a newly launched website.

Nextforsale.com.au lets owners indicate their interest in selling while those looking to buy can see which properties are likely to be listed.

There are two million NSW properties listed on the site which buyers can request to be notified about when they come to market.

Those paying to have their properties listed on the site include Colliers International and Crown International

The website allows businesses offering property services to contact those who list their intention to sell and request an introduction.

Real estate agents, financial institutions, valuers, pest and building inspectors, conveyancers, property photographers and others can offer their services to buyers and sellers.

Herron Todd White, EYEON, Teddington Legal, Vengent and Top Snap are the launch partners offering their services on the site.
