Abercromby's advertise Armadale trophy home in the Financial Times
The latest Armadale offering, 6 Flete Avenue, has been advertised in the weekend Financial Times 'Houses and Home' section.
The property was built on the 1,120 square metre grounds of the former Yooralla site.
There will be a 13 May private auction through Abercromby's of the five bedroom, six bathroom trophy home designed by Ralph Chalmers complete with central lift, hydronic heating amid home automation.
Its northerly rear gardens designed by Carolyn Blackman come with pergola dining space, dual BBQ kitchens and a solar/gas heated pool and spa.

The Flete Avenue site was formerly owned by the Yooralla Society of Victoria, with David Crammond paying $7 million in 2001. Crammond the subdivided off this part of the land securing $2.2 million in 2006. The house construction was underway in 2006.
The extensivly renovated original mansion, Flete House sold again in 2006 to Michael Wong for $13.75 million.
Flete House was built for former Supreme Court judge Sir Hartley Williams in 1883. It was later owned by Eleanor Latham, the wife of a former chief justice of the High Court, Sir John Latham.
Flete House was also a women's hostel for the Melbourne Bible Institute.
