The funds manager Aaron Rowe and his wife Tracey McKinley have listed their architecturally designed Bronte residence.

The McGrath agent Bethwyn Richards suggests its November 1 ought yield $9 million plus interest.

It follows their purchase of retailer entrepreneur Brett Blundy's Vaucluse, Kutti Beach house for around $18 million.

Rowe headed the Sydney office of the global hedge fund Caxton Associates for three years from 2010.

The Hewlett Street block cost $5,085,000 in 2007, with a four-level contemporary residence with basement parking subsequently built.
