The Southern Highlands retreat of the former member for Wentworth Dr Kerryn Phelps and her wife Jackie Stricker-Phelps has come down from listing websites amid speculation they’ve found a buyer once the price guide dropped to $3.5 million.
Angus Campbell-Jones at Campbell Jones Property Bowral was initially seeking $4 million for the 2.15 hectare holding which was bought in 2015.
Jacquie Ezer at Ezer Styles Architects oversaw the renovation of the country-style house, in the foothills of Milton Park.
It has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a billiard room, pool and tennis court.
