Bronte's hot 2019 market has quietly clocked up another big ticket off market sale.

Alison Feletto, wife of investment banker Roger Feletto, managing director of Greenhill Australia, has paid $9.35 million for the modernised 1920s home of Mark and Antonia Saunokonoko.

The Saunokonoko's had paid $8.45 million in 2015 after its architect redesign by Mary Ellen Hudson for Scott and Jo Springett.

Set on 815 sqm, the Evans Street property has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a swimming pool.

It's the second highest sale of 2019, reportedly through Bethwyn Richards at The Agency.

Feletto has been Randwick based sine paying in 2004.
