Popular TV producer Julie McGauran lists in Coogee

TV drama producer Julie McGauran is selling her long-time Coogee home.
McGauran paid $798,000 for the 1920s home in 2005, not long before she left her role as series producer of Home And Away.
She spent about $250,000 extending it to create a designer four-bedroom family home shared with former Home And Away actor Cameron Welsh.
It comes with a heated pool in its 230 square metre tropical gardens.

McGauran has been working on the upcoming drama Between Two Worlds for Seven.
