The designer hobby farm Kettlesville, in Congewai, south of Millfield, has sold after having had its price revised.

The 39 hectare property, complete with four pasture improved paddocks for horses or livestock, initially came with $2.4 million hopes early last year.

Now Sydney Sotheby's International agents Stuart Davies and Heath Bird are asking $1.95 million for the property that last traded for $280,000 in 2001.

The property has two homes on Listers Lane, Congewai.

The main residence holds the master bedroom, which is accompanied by a walk in wardrobe, bathroom, home office, wine cellar and an open plan kitchen, living and dining space.

The purpose-built second dwelling, which is a guest house, has a further four bedrooms, each with their own ensuite.

Dividing the homes is a saltwater pool.

The grounds have an outdoor fire pit.
