Today Show's Georgie Gardner scores subdued Woollahra sale
The sale price of the Woollahra investment apartment of Today Show host Georgie Gardner and her investment banker husband Tim Baker has emerged as $862,500.
It failed to find a March auction buyer and sold later at an undisclosed price.
The couple had initially hoped agent Bethwyn Richards would secure $900,000.
The top floor two-bedroom 1930s Edgecliff Road apartment cost $346,000 in 1998, four years before Gardner joined Nine.
They have also sold their Culburra Beach retreat for $800,000 through Ray White to Crookwell buyers.
The three-bedroom getaway cost $560,000 in 2007.
The listings came just weeks after the couple upgraded after eight years in Artarmon to a $6 million Mosman home.
