Brisbane Bronco Darius Boyd lists Gold Coast investment townhouse
Brisbane Broncos NRL captain Darius Boyd is busy off-field with his property portfolio.
He has just listed his Tungan, Gold Coast, investment townhouse (above) at $475,000. It cost $427,000 in 2009.
Last month Boyd and his pregnant wife Kayla listed their Hendra home in Brisbane’s inner north with $1.99 million hopes.
An accompanying social media post gave the reason behind the listing of their four-bedroom, two-bathroom home.
“Catching the reno/build itch, time for number two we think,” Kayla posted. “Not sure how we’re going to say goodbye to this one.”
Designed by Base Architecture and built by Graya Construction, the stylish property is clad in black timber.
Boyd scored one try and made another in the Broncos’ 26-10 Friday night win over Manly.
