Peter Higgins, the recovering millionaire co-founder of Mortgage Choice, continues to search for buyers of several offerings within his property empire.

The polo playing Higgins has recently had his mind on health issues.

He’s telling friends he’s bouncing back well from open heart surgery and a triple heart bypass late last month.

Meanwhile there’s reduced $2.6 million aspirations for his Victorian Italianate-style property, the former Richmond Post Office which was scheduled for auction last weekend.

It initially sought $3 million to $3.3 million.

He is also seeking $75 million for his nearby polo fields.
