The Queensland estate agency NGU Real Estate is back with their latest marketing gimmick - gifting the future owner of their latest listing with a new Lamborghini Hurricane valued at $460,000.

The $8,800,000 Ascot mega-residence was built and developed by Zephyr Industries.

"A listing like this needed something special, so I thought we had to give away a Lamborghini with it!" says CEO if NGU Real Estate, Emil Juresic.

He adds the house comes with all the bells and whistles synonymous with luxury living, including a temperature-controlled wine cellar stocked with two years' worth of wine.

The home features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms and comes equipped with bilingual voice activation, two pools, a cinema, yoga studio, elevator, rooftop terrace and a six-car garage.

Located in Brisbane's lavish inner-city at 15 Towers St in Ascot, the four-storey home is set on 1050sqm.

The new owner of the Ascot property will be able to drive away in their new metallic green Lamborghini Hurricane from the day they move in.

It has the licence plate "Belvedere", although that likely won't be allowed on the streets.

"Valued just shy of half a million dollars, this performance vehicle is the ultimate gift with purchase," Juresic adds.

Developed by Zephyr Industries and presented by NGU Real Estate, the property sees its first public inspection April 13 between 10am - 12pm.

It was built just last year after the former 1920s home traded for $2.5 million in early 2018.

NGU faced backlash last year when promoting a Brisbane River home, dubbed Versace of Brisbane, due to its marketing video objectifying women

Lamborghini's are part and parcel of NGU's marketing.

They drive the flashy cars into the luxury houses they list.

Two years ago they used a yellow Lambo to sell a Mount Ommaney home (below).

The car wasn't part of the sale.
