Jordana Sharon-Zipser, wife of hipages co-founder Roby Sharon-Zipser, has listed their Vaucluse abode for an April 11 auction.

The buyers have been given a $7 million price guidance by Ray White duo Gavin Rubinstein and Oliver Lavers.

It was bought from hotelier Andrew Lazarus and his wife Denise off-market for $8 million last May. The Olola Ave residence, with Cameron Kimber interiors, was bought after they sold their North Bondi semi for $2.85 million in 2016.

It seems they have their eye on something even better.

The Vaucluse prestige market has been quite active this year. Some of the activity included the pre-auction sale of the home of businessman Alex Ma above its $30 million price guide.

There was also Cambridge Ave sale of the home of yachtsman Warwick Rooklyn for $6,225,000, which was $725,000 above reserve.

Home improvement classifieds website hipages, which connects homeowners with tradies, was founded in 2004, with News Corporation now owning a stake.
