Landmark Armadale trophy home Tudor Lodge listed for $11 million plus

Tudor Lodge, the Armadale landmark, has been offered to the open market for the first time in 64 years by the horseracing Dibb family.
The grand five bedroom home sits in 2,250 square metres of mature landscaped gardens on Avalon Road, one of the largest landholdings in Armadale.
Kay & Burton South Yarra agent Michael Armstrong, who is marketing the home with Michael Gibson, says the "true A grade property" will be a great test of the market.
They're asking between $11 million and $12 million.
The home is respondent with racing trophies.
