The former Australian captain, who played a club record 323 first grade games at Randwick Rugby across three decades, bought the family home for $775,000 in 1996 with wife Jennifer.

Set on an elevated 670 square metre block with ocean views, the coastal home has five bedrooms and two living areas.

An alfresco deck with pond overlooks the private gardens.

Phillips Pantzer Donnelley agent Jason Pantzer is selling the home with a guide of $2.8 million to $3 million.
