The Kew East house rebuilt by Darren and Dea Jolly has been sold again.

The Block winners offloaded their recreated California bungalow for $2,908,000 in October 2016.

The family who bought it have now sold it for an undisclosed price after the four-bedroom house at 14 Irymple Avenue passed in at $2.95 million at its recent twilight auction.

The Herald Sun suggest it sold at the bottom end of the $3 million to $3.3 million quoted range through Harcourts Surrey Hills agent Brett Philipp.
