HiLife Health boss Peter Nicholas and his TV presenter partner Belinda Rudd have upsized in Sydney's east.

Having sold their designer Darling Point apartment for $10.15 million to the former Woolworths chairman Ralph Waters and wife Helen, they've spent $9 million on a Vaucluse home.

It is on the Wentworth Road dress circle, on the fringe of Vaucluse Park.

It has five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a number of terraces.

A heated pool and barbecue pavilion sit in the 740 square metres landscaped grounds.

It last traded for $4.31 million in 2004.

Raine & Horne Double Bay agents Patrick Cosgrove and Alex Lyons only had the property on the market for one day before Nicholas snapped it up.

The entrepreneurial Nicholas has been in the industry for more than two decades, earning him the title of “The King Of Beauty”.

One of his early efforts was the creation of Fat Blaster, then co-developing Skin Doctors, his first foray into the beauty industry.

It was in 2008, he launched HiLife Health & Beauty (HLHB), with the mineral make-up brand Nude by Nature using model Jesinta Campbell and actress Ada Nicodemou as the faces of the brand.

Nicholas is a passionate supporter of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and has built a private gym and training area to support and manage Australian cage fighters including Soa ‘The Hulk’ Palelei and Hector Lombard.

When Nicholas isn’t working hard on HLHB or at the gym, one of his long held passions centres around property development.
