Olympic swimmer Emily Seebohm is selling her Hendra investment property.

Seebohm bought the home, north east of Brisbane, in 2012, months before she won silver in the London Olympic Games in the 100 metre backstroke.

She paid $570,000 for low set brick home, built in 1998.

Set on 405 sqm, the home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a rumpus room. Of course a swimming pool sits in the back yard.

Purplebricks have the listing of what became a $620 a week rental.

Seebohm, who won gold at the world championships in 2017, still hangs on to the nearby Hendra home she bought with her former partner, fellow swimmer Mitch Larkin.

They paid $1,375,000, but separated last year.

There is a four bedroom Toowoomba house that Larkin purchased in 2015 that is also not on the market.
