Kayo Sports boss Julian Ogrin buys in Rose Bay

Julian Ogrin, the boss of sports streaming platform Kayo Sports, has quietly bought in Rose Bay.
He's spent $5.6 million on a family home on the dress circle Beresford Road.
The two level home with four bedrooms last traded for $5,415,000 less than 18 months ago (above). The sale was followed by a $200,000 approved plans for a separate dwelling on the 550 sqm parcel.
In the gardens is a heated saltwater swimming pool. Ogrin has moved from Dover Heights, where he sold his clifftop home for $5.5 million, having paid $4.4 million just two years ago.
Ogrin was the chief executive and managing director of telco Amaysim before leaving for Foxtel last year. He had been in the role since 2015.
