A recently renovated, Hamptons inspired home on the Gold Coast has been listed by Renee Morgan of Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty.

Morgan says the home at 5 Julatten Drive in Robina is one of the Gold Coast's most prestigious homes.

The two storey home on a 1,450 sqm waterfront block has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a separate study.

There is a heated indoor pool and spa.

Vendor Nicole Marino bought the home for $1,635,000 in 2017 before renovating.

Marino said the home is perfectly positioned to experience all that the Gold Coast has to offer.

“Robina Island offers an exclusive family orientated community with several parks and water access within short walking distance, while the home itself feels like a hidden retreat, offering complete privacy from the outside world,” Marino said.

Upon entry, the grand double staircase takes centre stage, with open plan living centred around a large void.

The spacious ensuited master bedroom includes its own private fireplace and balcony, while the second bedroom features a private balcony and ensuite.
