McGrath Box Hill secures Ripple Wu from Ray White

McGrath Estate Agents has announced the appointment of Ripple Wu as leading its Box Hill office.

McGrath founder John McGrath recently pinpointed Box Hill as one of his top picks in the recently released McGrath Report 2019.

Located around 14 kilometres east of the city, Box Hill is a bustling multicultural cosmopolitan suburb with strong public transport links with its own hospital and and school.

The hub is thriving with houses on large blocks that have great development potential, McGrath noted.

“Despite a cooling market I believe the Melbourne offers good potential for capital growth over the long term due to solid population and employment growth, major investment in infrastructure, and affordable housing that will be a catalyst for interstate migration.”

Ms Wu (pictured left) joined McGrath last month as sales agent, previously at Ray White Blackburn where she claimed to enjoy the No 2 female agent ranking in Ray White Victoria and Tasmania.

She will be a director and co-principal of McGrath Boxhill, leading a team of 12 agents.
