It was acquired by wife Jill for $3 million in 2007 when she bought it from photographer Louise Wolbers.

Spanning 550 sqm of living space, the home has five bedrooms, four bathroom, multiple living areas, an alfresco dining pavilion and a 12 metre swimming pool with separate spa.

There's a 27 metre sandy beach on the 915 sqm waterfront parcel. A pontoon is located just off the beach.
