Going higher than Sydney Kings boss, Gordon and Pip Fell buy $7.9 million Surry Hills space

Rubicon Property Trust founder Gordon Fell has emerged as the buyer of architect William Smart’s Design Studio which was sold for $7,905,000 at auction on Saturday.

There were four registered bidders with three participating.
