Yarunga Station and Fontainebleau, a large scale mixed cropping and grazing operation situated in the Southern Riverina Region of New South Wales is now for sale.

CBRE Agribusiness agents Duncan McCulloch, James Beer and Danny Thomas have been appointed to handle the sale of Yarunga Station (844 ha) and Fontainebleau (931 ha) which operate as a single enterprise.

They comprise approximately 1,710 ha of arable land (96%), including 60 ha of laser leveled flood irrigation and 1,650 ha of dryland cropping and grazing.

“Yarunga Station and Fontainebleau are outstanding properties, well developed for both broad hectare and grazing enterprises given their high arable percentage and excellent livestock handling infrastructure,” Mr McCulloch said.
