Debbie Dadon, who chairs the Besen Foundation, has sold her long-held Toorak home on the dress circle Hopetoun Avenue.

She shared the five bedroom home with her husband Albert Dadon, the property developer businessman, philanthropist and musician.

Dadon is the daughter of the retail billionaires Marc and Eva Besen.

It has been bought by Tangtang Tian from Balwyn.

No price has officially emerged but they'd been asking between $13 million and $14 million for the grand mansion they bought for $2.05 million in 1994.

There's whispers Kay & Burton secured $13,999,999.

Set in 1,770 sqm of walled landscaped gardens, the classically designed two storey home has five bedrooms, a dedicated home office, sky lit gym and a tennis court and gas heated swimming pool.
