Canberra Raiders star Aidan Sezer, who penned a new deal during the season to keep him in the capital until 2020, is set to sell his property in Sydney's west.

The Bankstown-born five-eighth paid $900,000 for the renovated 1985-built home in Hammondville in south-west Sydney near Liverpool.

The two level family home with six bedrooms, three living spaces and two north facing balconies has been a rental while Sezer has been playing in Canberra.

A rear alfresco entertaining area with covered spa overlooks the gardens on the 560 square metre block.
