A Sovereign Islands waterfront inspired by the finest homes on Star Island in Miami has been listed for sale.

The Brittanic Crescent home was designed by Bayden Goddard, an architect for the Dubai Royal family.

The home was rebuilt four years ago after the block traded for $3.05 million in 2007.

Goddard's brief was to create separation and equal amenities for all family members across the home's two levels.

There is a soundproof party room too.

It was designed so the entertainment areas compliment the water views.

The four bedroom, five bathroom home on 1,005 sqm has a 22 metre water frontage with a 15 metre pontoon and a marina berth for a 21 metre boat. They're overlooked by the waterfront pool.

The master suite with its own rooftop terrace and ensuite is set to feature in an upcoming Robb Report for its luxury walk in wardrobe. The state of the art kitchen features a glass cased wine cellar.

A separate entry leads upstairs to a sound proof entertainment zone with hotel style bar and a Juliet balcony overlooking the tropical front garden.

It's been designed right down to the door handles, which are nickel and leather.

The 700 sqm home can be purchased fully furnished with interiors from the Sydney-based Romaine Alwill Interiors.

Father son duo Alex and Brian Phillis at Alex Phillis Luxury Real Estate are asking for offers over $6.25 million.

"This is Sovereign Islands' best house," Alex says.

The street record currently stands at $6 million for a seven bedroom mansion on nearly 3,000 sqm.
