“I was humbled to be named the top Queensland female agent for the 2018 financial year recently and I believe that learning from others in our phenomenal McGrath network has been instrumental in my career up until this point," Hedley-Ward said.

"I absolutely love learning new distinctions and strategies that can help take my team and everyone at our McGrath Caloundra office to the next level.”

McGrath Caloundra recently donated $100,000 to almost 100 not-for-profit organisations since the start of 2017 as part of its Community Giveback Program.

On the award nomination, Hedley-Ward said she is thrilled to be flying the flag for Queensland.

“I am honoured to be a finalist in this year’s AREAS and really want to acknowledge the incredible team I have at McGrath Caloundra who all share my intense passion for linking commerce with our Community Giveback program, which is at the heart of everything we do," she said.
