It was sold at an undisclosed price, having been listed with a $800,000 to $880,000 price guidance.

The house situated at 2 Cricklewood Avenue, Frankston comes with three bedrooms, open plan living/dining zone, lounge and study. 

It came with a silo that was used to store wheat 130 years ago.

The rooms are connected by a spiral staircase from a sailing ship that wrecked off the coast of Frankston.
