3D tours of Choice Homes' Camelot in Coomera homes now available

The Orchid is the latest display homes from Choice Homes to hit the market, and it is being marketed online with innovative technology.

Orchid, available by appointment at Camelot in Coomera, is live online and can be viewed through an interactive 3D walkthrough, a big step in the house and land package space.

Camelot in Coomera is located near the recently finished Coomera Town Centre.

The Orchid homes behind a modern facade have 184 square metre internal living space.

They are described as "the ideal solution for those narrow to build on allotments".

The Orchid has four bedrooms with built in wardrobes and an open plan family, dining and kitchen space. There's also a separate living area.

Overlooking the rear garden is a covered outdoor entertaining area.

Stage one of the Camelot NDS release, a total of 49 lots priced around $502,540, was almost completely sold out.

However stage two and stage three have seven lots and 17 lots available. 

Lots in stage two are priced from $499,000, while lots in stage three are priced from $512,850.
