Yet to be completed Mosman trophy home listed with $12.5 million hopes

A new build at 39A Parriwi Road, Mosman is set to be listed with a price guide of $12.5 million.
"It's not even ready yet but I've already got 15 groups waiting to look at it, which is a good sign," Mosman agent Michael Coombs told Fairfax Media recently.
Coombs said demand from buyers for homes over $10 million was outstripping supply, which he estimated had dropped by about 30% since last year.
"The higher the price, the stronger the Mosman market," he said.
"People have more money and they aren't relying on the banks [for finance]."
The home had featured on the ModernistAustralia website.
