Former Bauer Media boss Nick Chan, who abruptly left the embattled publisher, and wife Peggy have listed their Mosman home.

Chan paid $4.5 million for the state of the art home in 2016 when the couple upgraded from their $5.23 million Roseville home.

The Mosman home on 490 square metres has five bedrooms and two bathrooms.

There's a landscaped garden with a gas and solar heated pool and an underground garage with wine cellar and media room.
